Further to the above. Because of the nature, the distressing nature, of what follows, many will naturally become offended, even as the writer himself was initially taken aback, horrified, at what he found, being appauled at the extent to which Christendom has been, and continues to be, decieved. Again. The writer himself has had to pass through various emotions, difficult to comprehend how things that seem authentic were nothing but deception and lies from the mouth and pen of the wicked one, who leaves his mark, on numerous ocassions, by the signature of human sentiment, all appealing to the emotions, which then gives rise to emotions when all is discovered as being lies; one emotion played against another. It is initially hard, very hard, to accept what has gone on, which leads to one questioning oneself as to whether or not he is seeing things aright. And the more study and examination the more difficult the task, even more questioning, double checking, triple checking, always giving the benefit of the doubt to the other party, till things become so obvious and plain that matters have to be settled, one way or the other, to either walk away, or to deal with the matter, seek to warn others. It is neither a pleasant matter, nor an easy thing to swim against the norm, very difficult waters to navigate.
All that is asked is a measure of consideration of the facts, a weighing up of all that is spoken, to examine whether the things spoken of be of God, of the truth, as shocking, and as sickening as they may be. It has been necessary to lessen, if possible, offenses that come of exposing lies and fraud of others, that have lain in wait to deceive us. It still remains unpallatable to have to deal with so much, and so many errors, of false men and false movements.
There remains some web sites that are down-right obnoxious, that declare most heiniously against the true children of God, and movements of God, of web sites that actually declare that, for instance, John Bunyan, and all the Puritans, even John Calvin, and the rest of the Reformers, were unsaved. These sites are of the devil's doing. Some such sites appear reformed, but far removed from the Spirit of God, text book inidividuals that proclaim so much of The Faith, whilst applying what they have learned to condemn those truly born of God, called of God, sanctified and elected of God, precious in the sight of God. Whilst others are floury, have no basis in doctrine, speak esoteric language, words to no purpose, writers not speaking as the oracles of God (1.Pet.4.11), not speaking things "which become sound doctrine" (Titus.2.1), even famous, well known names, which make matters the more heinous, as they stand upon the field of battle, stabbing the children of God in the back, when they are not contending with them, face to face, hard faces, wolves in sheep's clothing, goats, pigs, vermin., reprobates.
When we come to error we have to deal with such issues as D.L.Moody. What did this man believe and preach, was he actually one of the Lord's anointed, as proclaimed by so many, particularly within the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster? Was J.N.Darby truly the man that sacred history makes him out to be, or was there something more sinister behind this man who would not have under shepherds to guide in the way of righteousness? Equally was the venerable C.I.Schofield, widely acclaimed as having been blessed of God, with peculiar insight into the scriptures that surpassed even that of Luther and Calvin, and the rest of the Reformers and Puritans, truly so holy and divine, or just a deceiver, an adulterer, a perjurer, a philanderer, a man out to make as much money as possible from a gullable audience? Other matters include the on-going antics of the founder and head of the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster, that most sacred of institutions, that claims to fight for truth and honesty, uprightness in public life, to live holy, sanctified lives so as to honour and to glorify God, whilst contrarily continuing to preach heresy, upholding Marcian Arminianism, which forms Sandemanianism in present day thinking. Being a mixed rag bag of all kinds of teachings, mixing the above heresy with claims of predestination, free will with bondage of the will, A Millennialism with Pre-Millennialism, a present antichrist with a future antichrist, and so on and so forth, until the left hand knows not what the right hand is doing.

Hyopcrisy
There is a great deal of hypocrisy around today because of lethargy, most issuing from the pulpit. The pulpit, in many quarters, is not different than what it was pre-Reformation times, in which the Sabbath day sermon was given and the rest of the week the minister sought his own things, rather than those things that be of God. Idle and indulent shepherds were common, as today.
The term 'Hypocrisy' is generally regarded as persons acting by double standards. What is not seen is the fact that it goes beyond being two-faced, that it refers to the simulation, a false appearance or form, of one who wishes to be seen virtous, yet is far from being virtous. Basically, a person sets out to deliberately mislead others into believing that they are something that underneath they are not. This comes out in ever day and age, and is a thing that makes virtue to be scandalized by the world, having already been disdained by those employing themselves in working hypocrisy.

Billy Goat Graham
simply a nominal Christian on the
broad road of profession. He is
said to have saved thousands;
himself he could not save
When some men make their decisions of Christ they then look to a niche in Christendom, and once they have found it they fill it, so that if there is more mileage in pretending to be a Pentecostalist, a man will pretend to be such. If there is prestige to be made out of vociferous shouting against Rome and ecumenism, Billy Graham, and certain others, then that is what some men will take to, training their voices, writting out their scriptures, polish off their acts to be presented to a given audience.
What lies in it for such who fill niches? Fame and fortune. One may never meet an impoverished hypocrite, one that has made both fame and fortune his goal in life, at the cost of others, their audiences spreading their names, telling others of them, whilst filling up the plate for the man who is generally most amiable toward his audience, never a disruptor of any pew, making congregations to come and go undisturb in anything, having been litely warmed by the glow of the man in the pulpit.

"The Message"
Whilst thousands continue to pour blessings upon the heads of hypocrites, in the back ground judgment is poured out upon them from on high (Matt.23.23). Individuals and peoples will believe what they want to believe, and in many cases try to reason with those who make hypocrites their idols, is like seeking to educate a duck in Cantonese, or to get a politician to give a straight answer to a straight question. The way is too straight.
Judas remains an example of a true hypocrite, and a very dangerous one at that because he had a magnetic personality. Judas could draw others to follow him, just like Simon Magus could, simply by force of personality, making it appear that he was the great power of God. Like Magus and eventually J.N.Darby, Judas over awed the rest of the followers of Christ, took top seat at the table of profession. What Judas said and taught, others would follow, and some of what he taught was under the guise, a pretense of false humility (Jhn.12.5; Matt.14.4). The hearts of hypocrites are materialistic, in every sense of the word. Many desire the materialistic praise of the world, to acrue to themselves titles to be appluaded and known by, all the time thinking that the more approved of man the more approved of God, which ends up with pride brimming over into praise of self. Whilst some hypocrites will look for titles to be recognised by, others run opposite, feel more praise may be had by openly avowing disdain for titles. In regard to the source of titles, it matters not to hypocrites whether or not titles come from Belmont Abbey or from Bob Jones University; it is all the same to hypocrites, though there may be a falling out between schools of thought as to which is the more acceptable, straight popery or back door popery. The main aim of the hypocrite, in all this, remains the same, fame and fortune, the two cords that bind the spirit of thousands, upon thousands of hypocrites, who remain spots in Christian feasts of charity, "feeding themselves without fear; clouds they are without water, carried about of windsp trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots" (Jude.12).

Due to a great deal of offence being caused by the former opening statement, to this page, it has been decided to tone down the language, which has given rise to such remarks as the writer should make his home a temple to Satan, and that one of the many ways of being able to do this is to obtain a good Internet connection and to trawl pornographic web sites, whether adult or child, the Northern Irish minister, that made the remarks, does not elucidate. To what purpose this so called minister made these remarks is not easily discernible, unless he was seeking to promote his own way of life in searching out and viewing the vulgarity and wickedness that the devil offers to so many depraved hearts, which is not all that common according to the amount of ministers, of one sort or another, that end up in court. What follows may be toned down in language, but the emphasis remains the same, and even more straightened than the former.

Protestant idolatry
If truth be known the present condition of Protestantism is no different than Popery, though much more refined and sanctified through the use of reformed terminology, and alteration of the parts. The Pope of all this is made by men to be Ian Paisley, that has, over the years, sold himself as being something for the people, that have abandoned the substance of true Protestantism, to look to. This man has allowed himself to be set up, upon a pedestal, within the affections of so many hearts. Rather than dissuading individuals from what is plainly idolatry, he, by omission, and commission, encourages this attitude and spirit, and in so doing builds and surrounds himself with an army of defenders, he himself seen as the king in the midst, a king that continually seeks to feed Popery into Protestantism, beginning with idolatry, in order to continue the corruption of it and to mock God and the children of God. Take for instance his college, this man, an avowed Arminian preacher, has named his college after George Whitefield, an avowed Calvinist. This is a direct insult upon the man who most vehemently preached and spoke out against Arminianism, and the merely mouthed goats it produces. If Whitefield were around today he would roundly denounce Ian Paisley for his insulting his name, and of seeking to bring more and more of Popery into Protestantism, by the back door, altars erected, false Christ's lifted up above the people, calls made for those interested in partaking of the christ, that the minister has on offer, who, if interested, should come forward to the central altar, to become communicants of this christ, this philosophical deity of one man's imagination.

Protestants attack The Faith
Much of present day evangelical Protestantism is a mixed bag of teachings, no better than pre-Reformation times, the vast majority being of Roman origin, Dispensationalism, Arminianism, altar calls, to an uplifted Jesus, and a submission to a form of words, the sinner's prayer, whilst Deism sits back and waits for time to run out, amidst impiety that cries for souls to be won in the great raffle of life, for Jesus. Soul winning now takes the place of looking to live godly before the Lord, soul winning that makes some hit the jack pot, such as Finney, Moody, Sunday, McPhearson, etc., having taken the work out of the hands of God (Jhn.6.65), the Son of God having already secured and won every soul in the battle that took place at Calvary between light and darkness, good and evil, truth and error, setting the chosen, the people of God free, subjectively, from the prison house of sin.

J C Ryle
Lawless and godless,
child of the devil, the enemy of
all righteousness, the head that should
be put down many a toilet, and flushed
The main attack upon The Faith is always against the law. By attacking the law hypocrites attack God. Legalists attack the justice and holiness of God by claiming that man must fulfill the law of God, fulfill it to his best ability, knowing that what he comes short of God will forgive, having no eyes toward justice and holiness, and that retributive justice only falls on the heads of those who seek to fulfill the law, so that such can bemoan their lives as being that punishment. Whilst legalists do this they take away the law of God from the Gospel (Rev.14.7), and make man to be born and brought into the world in a neutral state of being, not effected by a broken law, but effected by their surroundings, and hence the need to preach nothing but sentiment, an appeal to human sentiment, the soul merely constituting the physical being to be appealed to, nothing of any inner man to be seen (Sandemanianism). Hence we have the fundamentals of the Christian religion denied, cast out. A few of which are:
Totally Depravity is not true, that man is not of a vitiated nature, his will is not bound in the chains of darkness, that he does not fight his Creator, every day and in every way, that man is actually free, placid, having no impediment to come to God.
Unmeritted Election is not true. It is not true that the creature can do nothing to merit the favour of God, that merit is independent of the creature, that nothing, absolutely nothing, can draw the merit and favour of God toward the creature. This is clearly seen to be erroneous within altar calls as they declare that the creature can draw, by commitment, favour from God, that there is some efficacy in commitment.
Limited Atonement is a lie. It is not true to preach that the atonement was limited to a few, that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ was not made specifically for one kind of people known as the Israel of God, who, upon entering the world, became lost in it, through original and personal sin, and that the Son of God came to find, to save, to return to Zion (Isa.35.10), this elect people to God the Father, to their first standing in the council and mind of Jehovah, with glorified bodies, to a more substantial being, within a more substantial world, that Jesus Christ being the father and federal head of an elect people, who should proceed forth from Him (Jhn.15.5), chronologically. We are now to believe the doctrine of the enemy that Christ died for all mankind, that God has asked His Son to shed His blood for all creatures, and to welcome all to partake of the blood and sacrifice of Jesus Christ, there being no longer any seed of the devil (Gen.3.15).
Irresistible Grace is a lie. It is no longer true to preach that ultimate power belongs to God, that it is a fallacy to teach that when God speaks in power, to the end that the creature should sit up and take note, the creature shall indeed sit up and take note, that there is no resisting the power that is God. This is old hat, according to altar calls, in which some creatures are seen to resist God, intimating that the creature is equal with God, and that God is ultimately deemed to be impotent, limited, mutable, stupid, a bumbling imbecile.
Perseverance of the saints is also a lie. It is equally no longer to be believed that God having done a good work within a soul shall see it through to its completion, that God is mutable, and that the creature must make up the flaw within God by preserving in so called good works, not that salvation, complete, comes from God, through Jesus Christ (Rev.7.10), that those that were given to Jesus Christ shall not be lost (Jhn.17.2,12), or that all that are redeemed are looked upon as being in heaven (Rom.8.30; Rev.7.9).
Mystical, Mediatorial Union is a lie, that there is no body of people placed within the Vine (Jhn.15.1), that should come forth from it, that Ezekiel's vision of the bones coming together, first as as body, then the body breathed upon, life breathed into it (Ezek.37.1-14), is also a lie, that there does not exist a mystical body, Jesus Christ being the mystical Head, unifying all under Him, that the future is not set, that it is an Open Theism, history altering as and when men make their decisions, Jehovah therefore subject to changing times, there being no certainty to anything. This is the impiety of Altar Calls, that denigrate God, whilst puffing up the preacher to appear someone blessed of God, to be feared, reverenced, respected, fought for. The voice of the devil is plainly to be heard in altar calls and the foreign gospel that come with it, a sentimental gospel, tailored to fit mankind, to look good on every man, to make them look smart for coming forward at the beck and call of the popist fool in the pulpit.

C G Finney
Satan's vomit. This was the man
sent from hell to spew out the
devil's message, his disciples
following him on horse back,
Moody, Torrey, Sunday, etc.
Universal gospellers not only atract attention but atract a following, as that which appeals to the world will always attract the world, which in turn draws in so many elect children of God, making icons of men, and once a man becomes an icon it is difficult, almost nigh impossible, to have him looked upon as anything but a profoundly blessed man of God. When human sentiment begins to draw a picture from the information presented to it, it can either build up a false character, or a true character, dependent upon the information it has to go upon, so that in general gospellers are deemed the greatest of men, highly favoured and blessed of God because that which is spoken of them, by interested parties, is always in the best of lights. So great can a false idol become, to the minds of men, that when attacked for what they really are, idolaters will put up a spiritted defence of the idol, seeing nothing but evil in the attackers of their imaculate icons. In a class all of their own we have the men and women of the heretical Revivalist movement being spoken of, in which we we hear how they were blessed, highly favoured of God, and that there were more God-breathed men and women preaching the gospel, and saving souls, than in the entire Prostentant Reformation. We are also reliably informed that God blessed and prospered Marcianism, Arminianism, Socinianism, Sandemanianism, Governmentalism, the transcendentalism of J.N.Darby, and a hundred and one old heresies, against Himself, that Jehovah fought against Himself in prospering all manner of heresies that spewd out of the nineteenth century, rather than upholding that which was fundamental to Christianity, as re-established by the Protestant Reformation.
Holiness becometh thine house
Today nothing is ever said, no exhortations given to live according to strict godliness, no excomunications, unless one speaks out against sin and unrighteousness, which is a very sad state of affairs as it tells us that worldliness and impiety have taken over meeting houses, dispelling righteousness and holiness of life. It is now live as you please, live as you list, according to the false prophet, the spirit that pervades the world, that spirit of ungodliness that is to be found in the children of disobedience (Eph.2.2). It is because of persistant and consistant rebellion against living a godly life that hymns, rather than psalms, have become more acceptable and fashionable, looked upon as being fitting for the house of the Lord, in the service and praise of the Lord, that there is nothing actually wrong in singing what is essentially emotional words to self. The singing of psalms is now looked upon as being outdated, out moded. Hymns make a good pretense of exalting the Almighty. Few hymns can be found that reflect any serious piety and those that can be found are few and far between, mixt in with so much doctrinal error, such as Christ is yet to be The Ruler of heaven and earth, and that man must crown the Lord Jesus Christ with many crowns, and that Christ died for every man, to name but three heresies. Is it any wonder that from this background we now have books of praise that water down, even further, the sentimental hymnals that went before them. Because psalms are God-centred it is of no small surprise that they are cast out, signifying no love, no deep awe and admiration of the Creator, only sentiment expressed to a god of the imagination, and must be of the imagination as the words may seem allied to the praise of the Almighty yet are not.
All is generally done to satisfy the public ear, to have a good sing along, rather than to worship God in the beauty of his word and in holiness of life and conduct. The only thing missing from some meeting houses is a good game of bingo. "Eyes down, Ethel, for a full house." "What do you mean a full house, we are only part full and I am rather busy at the moment talking to Mrs Miggins about her hip replacement, you know, the lady whose daughter is a tramp, likes to put it about abit, damaged goods. I feel sorry for the man who takes Hilda hydaway, on. This is what we like to call her as she tries to hide away her real self. What an aggressive spirit she has, what a temper! She should be in later. You are not telling me you have never seen the little woman that comes in late? She does this on purpose so as to be noticed by others, and sits alone at the back with her head down, makes herself very singular as though holier than others. She once professed to be a Christian but has never recovered from her backsliding (Heb.6.4-6). O! here comes the elder. We must continue once he has finished shouting. He likes to copy Ian." "Ian, who?" "Paisley, you fool. Mind you, lovely sausages." "Paisley, sausages?" "No, silly. The elder used to open his business up on a Sunday. Do you not remember the contention over it? You are a one! Now did you hear the minister has changed the time of the evening service, yet again? He claims that it is to avoid the crowds coming out of the foot ball ground, opposite, making it difficult for us to get in here, and yet the crowds go in the opposite direction, never come down here. Truth is he is off to watch the football. His team are playing this sunday afternoon and he does not wish to miss the end, and this is the reason why the mid-week prayer and bible study has been altered from Wednesday, to the present, after all these years, to prevent him missing any games that he has bought a season ticket for, and whilst he watches his icons kicking a ball, sister Teresa bows down to hers. I will say this much about Protestant idols, they move. Have you also never noticed that when the elder's team are playing on a bible study and prayer evening the evening is cancelled, due to crowd issues, that never appear? Come on Ethel; are you telling me that you have never noticed? Look, when the Blues dance hall, opposite, turns out late on a Sunday evening the times are not changed, even though the crowds block our way to getting in here. Have you never put two and two together? You need a calculator. Wake up!!! Now let us have a good sing song. Here comes Hilda, right on time." "Jesus shall reign where e' er the sun." "Heresy, heresy." "Whose that Ethel?" "O! just Micaiah, as usual. He will end up one of these days being expelled, as others have been, if he does not learn to conform. He has never been in step with us, you know, never sought to conform. Mark my words he will be put out, ganged up upon, the door barred to him."

Revivals
When dealing with hypocrisy we are naturally and inescapably drawn to the subject of revivals and of those involved in them, which we deal at length within the following pages, and just how much scripture has been, and continues to be, misused to cover up so much of man's work, that the work may appear to be of God, so naturally the persons themselves must be sent and blessed of God. In respect of this we are also forced to deal with yet another aspect, that is, a misinterpretation of history, history altered by evil men as well as ignorant men, that have gone out of their way to promote the line that God was blessing this and that campaign, by this and that man, that thousands, upon thousands, upon thousands were saved, between the seventeen and eighteen hundreds through the means of great slick American campaigns, which remain with us, that ever seek to mimic Whitefield and the Great Awakening. Within the present century we have apparently experienced a fourth revival by the hand of the one and only Mr Billy Graham. Society reflects this fact, does it not!

C H Spurgeon
More turns than a weather vain.
More faces than the Albert Clock.
A man given to accommodate
himself to suit prevailing opinion,
for the good of winning souls for
'Jesus.' Non doctrinal sermons.
There were many players in the nineteenth century that simply played to popular opinion. One such was Charles Haddon Spurgeon. This man could speak out against revivalism as being shallow, whilst he welcomed the likes of D.L.Moody, the American revivalist that knew nothing of old fashioned faith and gospel, being a light entertainer within Christendom. Spurgeon whole- heartedly supported the revivalist movement, through Moody and Sankey whilst denouncing Protestants for their speaking out against the sacriligious nature of the movement and its message, Protestants claiming it dishonoured God and made lite of the gospel. Spurgeon had nothing but overwhelming praise for Moody, even though he claimed that he did not know what Moody believed and was against the movement. Take it away Mr Spurgeon:
"I am glad of any signs of life, even if they should be feverish and transient, and I am slow to judge any well intended movement, but I am very fearful that many so called revivals in the long run wrought more harm than good. A species of religious gambling has fascinated many men, and given them a distaste for the sober business of true godliness. But if I would nail down counterfeits upon the counter, I do not therefore undervalue true gold. Far from it. It is to be desired beyond measure that the Lord would send a real and lasting revival of spiritual life. ... We want a revival of old-fashioned doctrine. I know not a single doctrine which is not at this hour studiously undermined by those who ought to be its defenders. There is not a truth that is precious to the soul which is not now denied by those whose profession it is to proclaim it. To me it is clear that we need a revival of old-fashioned gospel preaching like that of Whitefield and Wesley. The Scriptures must be made the infallible foundation of all teaching; the ruin, redemption and regeneration of mankind must be set forth in unmistakable terms." (C H Spurgeon. 'The kind of Revival we need')
One moment Spurgeon sounds fine, the next not so fine. The wordsmith of Christendom had more turns than a weather vain. He seems to go in one direction, and then another, according to how the wind was blowing, the way of prevailing opinion. We find this also illucidated when it comes to Darwinism raising its ugly head. Instead of challenging its ascertions Spurgeon simply adopts a Pre-Adamite stand, so as to get around the problem, satisfying one and all, in reference to the age of the earth. More on this and this man can be found in the treatise of D.L.Moody, within the left hand column.
Now we are reliably and continually informed by the politicians of the revivalist party that millions of souls, under their campaigns, were saved, mainly within the nineteenth century, though some spilling over into the beginning of the early part of the twentieth. We are reliably informed that millions of souls placed their feet upon the road of rectitude, became God-fearing individuals and citizens of society, that were the salt of the earth and the bright lights within it, going about doing a great deal of good, attending to their homes, bible studies and communion of the saints. Vice, immorality, political and industrial corruption, home-born child slave labour, continental slave labour, etc., all began to disappear, as though never having been, as rightousness and godliness began to take hold of the world. Because of the influx of godly men and women, from the American campaigns, there was an emptying of the mines of boys and girls, cotton mills, pot banks, foundaries, chimneys, etc. Children were put into full-time education, whilst prisons and courts were left as empty as the Jib. The nineteenth century, on the basis of the godliness of conversions, the fruit of those conversions, left Britain a far better place, a heaven on earth, Thomas Moore's Utopia come to fruition. Apparently according to the revivalist party we are to expect, just before the coming of the second Advent mass salvation, that there is coming a time in which half of the world's population are going to be saved (Matt.24.40).
The politicians of the revivalist party are no different than any other worldly party, to which they are joined (Jhn.15.19), for they also emphasise, lay great stress upon, extenuate the positive as to all that they have to communicate, to the extent that many souls are taken in, over-persuaded, which naturally separates true believers from false (Matt.24.24), which distinction the revivalists refuse to recognise, as they claim that there are only saved and unsaved, that there is only a broad road and a narrow way (Matt.7.13,14). They do not look upon the broad road as being that of profession, that upon it there are wolves in sheep's clothing, Judas's, Demas's, etc., and the reason why it is placed alongside the narrow way as coming close to it. When head counts do not live up to political expectations and declarations, millions upon millions found walking contrary to The Faith, then out come the excuses. What is the main reason put for whole sale worldliness but a falling from grace, not that they were ever in that state in the first place, they having simply chosen and promised to follow "Jesus," who became their new Moses to get them to heaven. Such persons simply illustrate the weakness of the flesh in its attempt to be true to God, like Israel of old that decided to follow Jehovah, commit to Him, through the law, now we have commitments through grace. Though free will may make many to cling onto the vine, it is not sufficient to save them, though they may pass themselves off as being true branches, they shall, nevertheless, eventually end up being burned (Jhn.15.6). The revivalists and their worshippers, dare not claim that millions are not actually saved through campaigns, that the overwhelming majority are mere professors, for this would make campaigns to appear a sham, that souls are not actually being saved, and that if they are not being saved then God is not with them, that it is only man making his fellows to believe they are Christians on the basis of their commitment for Christ, which makes them empty professors, devoid of both Spirit and vessels (Matt.25.3).
A number of things we should always bear in mind.
1) Why did the Holy Spirit avoid established meeting houses, to bless slick, fancy outdoor campaigns by men that represented the devil, whose message was from the pit, at a time when the entire world was at war with itself, strange manifestations seen everywhere, not just at Revival campaigns. The times were the times of the false prophets, amidst a new world, a forming of mega cities, vast expanses of land gradually turned into metropolices, the building of a United States of America. A new, all pervasive reality was established, along with the occult becoming normal, parnormal.
2) Why did the Holy Spirit, having abandoned established meeting houses, then send persons back into them, even to denominations such as Unitarianism, Roman Catholicism, Quakerism, etc? Why did the Holy Ghost favour apostate meeting houses that spoke out against God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost?
3) Since when has God the Holy Ghost blessed evil men, blessed a gospel diametrically opposed to God, and, most of all, which is even more evident, since when did He go around speaking of Himself in such high terms, His name dropping from the lips of devils that disguise themselves as sheep? Revivals that we talk about are purely from the pit, from Satan's hand, and if any dare quote Mr Ian Paisley, then let them examine what he believes, see if he is in the way of truth, and how he can answer preaching the heresy of Arminianism, whilst claiming to be a Calvinist, and why the man supports the evil that was Revivalism. May be we should ask his friend and chum Martin McGuinness, the other half of the Chuckle Brothers, see if he has had the gospel preached to him, demanding he should fear God, give Him glory, and worship Him (Rev.14.7). Not one bit.
4) Since when did the Holy Ghost put fear into so many of those who conducted revival campaigns, that they avoided being examined by any over sight of any reformed meeting house. Slick presenters of the revivalist movement feared entering established meeting houses in case they were found out, as Moody almost was by Spurgeon. If Spurgeon had not been so compromised and taken in with the movement he would have ousted Moody, when Moody preached from his pulpit. The vast majority of revivalists had formerly lied their way into ministerial offices, which apparently was part and parcel of the Second Blessing, especially in the case of Finney.
If there is one great pleasure and joy it is when one turns away from Revivals to focus upon the annual 'church' services that were conducted around these events, services that were conducted by the established church. Though not exactly orthodox, yet the established church nevertheless conducted services in praise of God, with it Psalms singing and its mass audiences, equall to that of Revival campaigns. It is so heart-warming to see how services were performed in a respectful manner toward the Creator and the singing of godly Psalms and hymns, such as Luther's 100, which always concluded services, which, on ocassions, included orphans and their carers, not excluding times when other special events such as poor services were conducted, and that so many came to these services that many were left outside. This is lacking in our day, when we see the established church and reformed churches emptying themselves father than a sieve, because of compromise and luke-warmness. The vision is that of almost empty meeting houses, whose ministers are fresh from the television, rather than the Bible, which causes many devoit Christians to stay away. For their part ministers set about castigating what should be their flock. Talk about blind, it is unreal.

Billy Sunday
How to fleece people whilst entertaining them.
This pile of dog's vomit became wealthier
as his audiences became poorer, both in
pocket and in spirit.
Solemn services, conducted by grave and serious, gracious ministers, are seldom to be seen. Many, sadly, looking to be noticed by their fellows, going on protests so that they maybe seen by others, whilst declaring this not to be the case as vain glory will not allow itself to be attacked in such an honest way. Plagues go up in 'church,' colleges formed, newspapers established, etc., so as to leave a lasting, they hope, legacy, that they were great men that had passed through the world, and those who try to follow their example become so disappointed when they have not the means so to do. Try to convince Christendom that Revivals are a work of fiction, their men children of the devil, that is, when speaking of the likes of Finney, Moody, Guiness, Sunday, Semple, and the like, who ask for commitments, not including those wayward ministers that seek to follow these children of the devil, thinking that God will somehow bless their services in giving them committed Christians, is like trying to convince a ufologist that aliens are not real. No matter how much material comes to light to prove that little green men are not real, the ufologist will continue to stand it out, continue to claim that they are real and that there are honest men, such as Von Danyken, who can be trusted as to accounts of alian visitation.

Misssing - the Supernatural
As the supernatural has been removed from the gospel, along with the preaching of the law, so it is that a door has been opened to what we have come to know as easy-believism, a false way of salvation, of mental acceptance and verbal ascent that does not come from any conviction over sin, from the outworking of the regenerating work of the Holy Ghost, and so leaves sinners outside the door of salvation, not supernaturally entering in, but remaining in a fixed dead state of sin and unrighteousness (Ezek.37.12,14; Eph.2.1). Commitment is of the flesh, not of the Spirit (Jhn.3.6). So it is that so many that come the way of the flesh remain diametrically opposed to their Creator, continue to loathe Him, and to show it by their desire to live ungodly. Their revultion of God will not allow them to sing of His praises unless sanitised by hymnals, though some will go through the rubric of singing psalms, but they remain the few, it is the masses that require satisfying if they are not to be put off attending meeting houses, and so hymns are preferred and because the situation concerning godliness is becoming more dire, that most of the modern day commitments for Christ, brigade, are more vicious in sin than their predecesors, they are now catered for by choruses and simple sentiments to jolly the people along, so that no strict godly worship maybe imposed, as offending the sentiments of those that have made their commitments for Christ.
Today when Christians make their way to meeting houses, whether it be for Sunday services or prayer meetings, they no longer come with any expectations of being edified. Services are generally as wooden as the proverbial park bench. Many Christians depend and rely upon ministers to feed them the bread of heaven, to draw them into heavenly places, to sit around the table of the Lord, to have an uplifting time, away from the secular atmosphere that they have been engaged in all week. Ministeries maybe sound, which is rare today, though most like to prune their feather in the opinion that they are the best thing since sliced bread, the ones to be heard, yet nothing of heaven is ever brought down. And is it any wonder that too few children of Israel (Rom.2.28,29) ever attend meeting houses, being castigated for not doing so. As the children of God leave so it is that they leave behind them those who are totally and utterly indifferent to God and what is spoken from the pulpit, and that as godly ministers leave their positions it generally follows that vain men fill their places, who know not God, are devoid of any righteousness, that deliver platitudes that could not inspire a duck to quack.
Some nominal ministers and elders may at times to found protesting against an ungodly play or event, because either this is what they beleive is expected of them, or they genuinely feel outraged, as many non-churched individuals do, at what is going on. By their doing this they also find themselves being advanced in the eyes of others, appearing to be zealous for the honour of Christ. Truth is ever the case that with such there remains, underneath it all, a natural antipathy toward the Lord, that if one were to dig through to the heart (Ezek.8.8), to search them out, it would be self-evident what they are underneath the cloak that they wear, that they are actually opposed to the Lord and His righteousness, which is made manifest by the conduct of their lives, that only conform to the standards, attitudes and language of the world in which they live, that they have a name to live by but are dead, ever learning but never coming to the truth so as to live it. It is also true of these individuals that ministerial services are but services that they feel that they must perform, not only to be seen of men, that is their prime aim, but as a duty. Once the service is ended, the pulpit vacated, nothing is ever heard, or carried on, of the Lord. It is as though the duty is ended for the day. Thus showing no love for the Lord or His word, no desire to share with members of the congregation the beauty of the world of the Lord, no springs of life welling up, no pouring forth. Where, may we ask, are the godly, grave spirited men of God, men of The Word?
